Deskirpsi Pekerjaan :

Memimpin dan mengkoordinasi semua kegiatan operasional pabrik.
Mengelola staff dan penggunaan sumber daya manusia termasuk merekrut, melatih, dan memotivasi sumber daya manusia di pabrik.
Mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan strategi produk untuk memastikan produksi efisien dan efektif.
Memastikan kualitas produk yang diproduksi sesuai dengan standar kualitas yang ditetapkan.
Mengelola anggaran dan keuangan pabrik termasuk pengendalian biaya produksi dan memastikan keuntungan yang optimal.
Menjalin hubungan dengan pelanggan dan pemasok untuk memastikan pasokan bahan baku yang stabil dan memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggan.
Menjaga keselamatan dan keamanan di pabrik.
Memimpin kegiatan pemasaran di Area Jawa Tengah.
Mengembangkan target dan mempertahankan kinerja perusahaan.
Melakukan manajemen risiko dalam operasional pabrik.
