This is a Outsourced contract on-site role as an Event Officer at OPPO Indonesia Manufacturing located in Tangerang. The Event Officer will be responsible for:
- Event planning
- Communication
- Media visit
- Event management
- Event budgeting
- Design & Editing
Kualifikasi:
- Event Planning, Event Management, and Budgeting skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience in organizing and managing events
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
