Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Are you passionate about being a part of group of dedicated employees who are united by our mission to preserve the lands and waters on which all life depends? As The Fisheries Scientist focuses on data analysis from our catch-effort monitoring programs. This individual will collaborate closely with partners from government research agencies and academia, contributing valuable insights crucial for the effective management of capture fisheries.
Kualifikasi :
- Qualifications: Master’s Degree in fisheries science related field with at least 1 year of experience in fisheries data analysis or equivalent combination of education.
- Tech Savvy: Advanced level of programming in R, familiar with advanced tools in spreadsheet programs. Basic knowledge of GIS (in R, QGIS, or other GIS tools). Familiar with length-based approaches in fisheries science.
- Team Management: Experience collecting, manipulating, analyzing and interpreting scientific data. Experience preparing reports of findings.
- Language: Excellent reporting skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
