Deskirpsi Pekerjaan :
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to user behavior, product usage, and performance metrics.
- Assess the performance and impact of existing products and features, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Gather and analyze user feedback, reviews, and surveys to understand user needs and pain points.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track product performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Effectively communicate findings and insights to both technical and non-technical teams, translating data into actionable recommendations.
Kualifikasi:
- A bachelor\’s degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Business, Data Science, or a similar discipline.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms (e.g., SQL, Excel, Python, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, GTM, GDS, or data visualization tools).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to approach complex issues logically and systematically.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and documentation.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Interest in creating social impact through Indonesia\’s education.
