Deskirpsi Pekerjaan :

1. Responsible for create billing templates for customers, coordinate with other departments regarding supporting documents for billing customers, create accountability reports for promotional events in e-commerce, provide all required documents and sort documents according to budget categories, create and ensure accountability reports in accordance with promotions posted in the market place, provide all accountability reports according to the required categories, combine claim data that has been validated by the user, create Summary Tracking of all customers, POP based on samples from customers, customer invoice mapping, and invoices to customers, also submitting tax invoices

Kualifikasi:

1. Strong analytical skills to evaluate large amounts of financial data
2. Proficiency in financial statements and financial reporting
3. Excellent communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders
4. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
5. Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
6. Good understanding of finance and accounting principles
7. Experience in the logistics and e-commerce industries is a plus
8. Professional certification such as CPA or CFA is preferred
