Deskirpsi Pekerjaan :

1. Operate and monitor paper production machinery, including setup, adjustments, and troubleshooting to ensure efficient operation.
2. Inspect and test products throughout the production process to ensure they meet quality standards. Make adjustments as necessary.
3. Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on machinery to prevent downtime. Report any major issues to maintenance teams.
4. Work closely with other production staff, maintenance teams, and supervisors to ensure smooth operations and address any issues promptly.
5. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
6. Implementing Company / Mill Policies Relating to Sustainability Compliance & Management Systems (MBOS, ISO, HSE, 6S, COC, Social & Security)

Kualifikasi:

1. Min. Diploma (D3) or equivalent. Technical training in machinery operation or a related field is a plus.
2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
3. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in paper production, is highly desirable.
4. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
5. Knowledge of paper manufacturing processes and equipment.
6. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
7. Physical stamina and ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
8. Full-time position, based in Mojokerto.
