Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

  1. In charge for month end closing activities as scheduled by Regional Office
  2. To prepare financial reporting for Group Reporting and Local Regulator
  3. To prepare financial reports on timely and accurate manner and in accordance with Corporate and local regulatory requirements
  4. To assist in completion of external financial audit and internal audit.
  5. To support IFRS 17/PSAK 117 implementation and any other accounting system enhancement
  6. To manage and supervise accounting team

Kualifikasi:

  1. Min Bachelor degree in Accounting major (CA or CPA certification is preferable)
  2. Having 5 years working experience for life insurance company
  3. Having knowledge on IFRS 17 (PSAK 117) and good understanding of other IFRS and PSAK
  4. Experience in SUN GL, SAP, and Hyperion is preferable
  5. Multitasking abilities and good analytical skills are necessary
  6. Good communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Indonesia

Kualifikasi:

Facilities Services Assistant Manager is responsible for the management of services and processes that support the core business of an organization. He/She ensures that an organization has the most suitable working environment for its employees and their activities. Duties vary with the nature of the organization, but facilities manager/assistant manager generally focuses on using best business practice to improve efficiency, by reducing operating costs whilst increasing productivity

  1. Facility Operations to ensure the smooth operation of all office facilities and equipment at Sun Life Indonesia, minimizing disruptions to company operations. This includes overseeing housekeeping, security and office supplies.
  2. Project and Space Management. Conduct reviews and analysis of the office space needed in each Department based on the headcount projection and planning for future development in line with strategic business objectives.
  3. Office Services. Provide the appropriate report on service levels of facility and maintenance area and analyze results for further corrective actions and/or improvements

Kualifikasi:

  1. University Degree
  2. 5 years of facilities management experience preferred
  3. Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices
  4. Knowledge of office management  
  5. Proficient with the Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point. Microsoft access and AutoCAD is an advantage.
  6. Good Communication skills (Written and Oral in Bahasa Indonesia and English)
  7. Leadership, strong work ethic, analytical, adaptive, and collaborative.
