Deskirpsi Pekerjaan :

1. Accountable and responsible for processing Allocation for Machine, Forklift, Engine, attachments, and/or the accessories based on Workable PO or SO, IDSP Forecast, and Possible Invoice Target.
2. Accountable and responsible for maintaining data allocation unit and preparing SN including determining area allocation to provide information for distribution process.
3. Accountable and responsible for providing data information related units such as total unit, area allocation, and SN unit to be Allocated, to Distribution team for execution distribution to Branch or Site or customers.
4. Accountable and responsible for processing Custom Clearance when unit arrived from CAT by coordinating with CKB, Customs, and Finance to process e billing payment.
5. Accountable and responsible for monitoring end to end process allocation unit to ensure on time order arrival, delivery as promised to customer and invoiced.
6. Accountable and responsible for monitoring process invoice and paste SO in the system to support Sales Support (HO) to raise and proposed RA (Release Approval), BAST process then invoice when unit received.
7. Accountable and responsible for monitoring unit that is not invoiced (cancel or reallocation) to process the reallocation unit when confirm to other customers.
8. Accountable and responsible for maintaining Inventory Allocation according to IDSP forecast, workable SO and reserved (EOR, Tender, SPAR, etc.) by FIFO and First Come First Serve policy.
9. Accountable and responsible for controlling of inventory level and status including support Inventory Turnover by managing FIFO Allocation based on forecast or Possible Invoice target to avoiding aging unit, impairment, and allocated.
10. Accountable and responsible for managing and updating Inventory Allocation and Movement Status to monitoring allocation process.
11. Accountable and responsible for providing report such as Monthly Report, Inventory Weekly Status, Aging Inventory Status, FIFO Allo cation, FIFO invoice, etc. to tracking allocation unit status.

Kualifikasi:

1. Minimum S1 in Business/ Industrial Engineering/ Logistics/ Supply Chain Management major
2. GPA minimum 2,75
3. Minimum 3 years experience in Distribution/ Inventory/ Ordering and Allocation/ Warehousing
