Store Leader

Deskirpsi Pekerjaan :

1. Implement and monitor SOP compliance of recruitment, training development, promotional, finance, stock, operation to ensure the store comply with the policy.
2. ⁠Create sales strategy and work plan in order to achieve sales targets.
3. ⁠Analyze needs and provide support in order to improve store effective & efficient store management systems.
4. ⁠Familiar with ATV, UPT, and Conversion Rate.
5. ⁠Monitor and control store operational excellence in order to have day to day excellent operational activity that support to the achievement of store goals.
6. ⁠Analyze, monitor and evaluate store performance in predetermined areas to ensure the achievement of targets and operational standards of procedures, and to help overcome problems in store.
7. ⁠Lead and develop staff in the predetermined areas in order to build leadership succession plan in store.

Kualifikasi:

1. 2-3 years of working experience in retail industry, preferably with store manager or assistant store manager experience or equivalent.
2. ⁠Possess good customer service, drive in achieving sales target, strong leadership, & hard worker.
3. ⁠Have a good interpersonal skill, good in problem solving, & good in communication.
4. ⁠Willing to work in shift (including weekend)
5. ⁠Ready to work 6 days in a week
6. ⁠Willing to be placed in Jabodetabek

Accounting & Tax Staff

Deskirpsi Pekerjaan :

1. Review PPh 23, Ayat 2, PPh 21 for employees.
2. Do reconciliation between GL with calculation, to make sure the bookkeeping is correct at each PPh.
3. Calculate PPh.
4. Create ID billing for PPh payment that will be store to Account Payable team.
5. Create reporting PPh 23 to country.
6. Do Bank Reconciliation every week for monthly closing.
7. Back up team accounting for GL in order with monthy accrual.
8. Work dedicated for Erablue Electronics.

Kualifikasi:

1. Min. Bachelor Degree / D4 in Accounting/Finance/Tax.
2. Ready to work in contract period.
3. Have knowledge about PPh in Indonesia.
4. Have good communication skills, attention to detail, and active-person.
5. Ready to work in West Jakarta area with offline working system from Monday to Friday.
