Deskirpsi Pekerjaan :

Responsible for cost study and deep dive in collaboration with Collaborative Manufacturing (CM) Procurement team, Supply Chain Finance (SCF) Team, and CM Partner.
Responsible for labor and productivity benchmark study with Inhouse Factory operation.
Responsible for CM Material Waste validation and benchmark study with Inhouse Factory operation.
Develop cost reduction and productivity improvement project in CM Factory based on opportunity spotted during study and benchmark.
Develop business case for cost reduction and productivity improvement project in collaboration with CM Procurement and SCF Team.
Develop project network and coordinate implementation of cost reduction and productivity improvement project in CM with relevant team.
Coordinate with the outside agencies or vendors for supporting activity in transformation project.
Responsible for CM F4G implementation and lead governance to ensure OTIF of Project.
Assist CM Manager for feasibility study, business case, network, implementation, and evaluation for ad hoc project done in CM Factory (e.g. Innovation, Capacity).
Assist and represent CM Manager on coordination and alignment meeting related to project in CM.
Assist CM Manager on project documentation and budget governance.
Support any other job or duties assigned by the management as and when required.

Kualifikasi:

Experience & Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree from Engineering, Mechanical and Industrial Engineering preferred. Experience in supply chain: planning, production, and engineering is preferred
- 1 – 2 years’ experience in the factory as Asst. Manufacturing Manager, Asst. Engineering/Project Manager, Production Engineer, or similar positionExperience in Cross Functional working, or working experience with/in R&D

- Able to communicate with stakeholders from Production, Engineering, R&D, CM Procurement, Planning, Finance, Global Team, as well as vendor/supplier in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Able to conduct New Supplier Development and onboarding
- Able to analyze complex set of data related to demand, volume, capacity, and cost and see insight in trend, movement, and specific group. Able to connect the data in paper and actual operation and also spot opportunity for improvement
- Level of decision expected to be taken draft business case, draft number of capex, support to draft layout of the factory, draft project network and strategic aspects which correlate with CM operation, cost, and productivity\
