Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

1. Develop and implement overall content marketing and promotion including social media, Ads, E-commerce, and other asset aligned with business goals to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
2. Identify target audiences and create content tailored to different platforms both online and offline.
3. Create, curate, and manage engaging and relevant content for offline & online platforms, including text, images, videos, and graphics.
4. Collaborate with the creative team to produce visually appealing content that reflects the brand’s identity and voice.
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
6. Experiment with new formats to keep the brand’s social media presence fresh and engaging.
7. Coordinate with other departments to support campaigns, product launches, and events through social media.
8. Monitor and analyze social media performance such as Iconosquare or other platform
9. Generate reports on key metrics such as engagement rates, follower growth, and provide actionable insights for improvement.

Kualifikasi :

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field;
2. 1+ years of experience in social media management, content marketing, or a related role;
3. Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools;
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Indonesia and English;
5. Creative thinking with an eye for design and detail;
6. Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Iconosquare, Hootsuite, Sprout Social);
7. Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics is a plus.
