Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
- Liaises with clients to understand the business issues, processes and organization requirements.
- Assists to prepare and review the business processes, requirement and functional specifications based on the proposed solutions to prepare appropriate test cases
- Leads the testing effort and take ownership of the documentation of all QA process and results
- Conduct in-depth analysis to understand and deconstruct complex issues.
- Reports, tracks and monitor any issues raised by clients and ensure the issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Communicates closely with client and manage the client expectations and deliverables.
- Works closely with the technical team and project manager to ensure successful delivery of the projects according to the schedule.
Kualifikasi :
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
- Experience as a Business Analyst is a plus point
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau).
- Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for uncovering actionable insights.
- Proficiency in English is a must.
