Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

1. Prepare design plan and review design plan from consultants, develop design details, and ensure design drawings are proper, complete, and accurate.
2. Prepare drawings necessary for project’s planning & development permit/project tender.
3. Propose building and material specifications.
4. Coordinate with parties related to the design plan.
5. Coordinate during construction period with related parties

Kualifikasi :

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Architecture.
2. Minimum 5 years of working experience in Developer Company or Consultant in residential, commercial, or hospitality project, whether low rise or high rise.
3. Computer literacy (ability to operate Auto CAD, Sketch up, Photoshop, MS Office).
4. Able to produce concept design schemes with minimum supervision.
5. Able to work well in a team environment and tight schedule.
6. Understanding Architect Design & Technical Drawing.
7. Willing to mobile to project site at Bali & Lombok.
8. Willing to be placed in Surabaya.
