Senior Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Officer

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

  1. Rekrutmen
    • Membuat perencanaan strategic recruitment, terutama untuk posisi yang belum tersedia diperusahaan.
    • Melakukan job posting atau penyebaran informasi mengenai lowongan kerja dan kebutuhan tenaga kerja ke berbagai job portal atau platform lainnya.
    • Melakukan shortlist terhadap CV pelamar dan mengundang kandidat yang sesuai dengan ketentuan untuk menjalankan tahap seleksi.
    • Melakukan dan memfasilitasi proses seleksi mulai dari interview dengan HRD, interview dengan user, dan seleksi lainnya sesuai dengan kebutuhan.
    • Berdiskusi dengan user dalam memilih atau merekomendasikan kandidat yang akan direkrut sesuai dengan ketentuan.
    • Membuat draft offering letter untuk disetujui oleh atasan.
  2. Talent Pool Data
    • Mengumpulkan data-data kandidat yang pernah diproses, tetapi kandidat tersebut belum berkesempatan untuk bergabung ke dalam perusahaan.
    • Bertanggung jawab atas database yang akan digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data kandidat.
    • Membagi pengumpulan data ke dalam tiga kategori, yaitu CV/profil di posisi nonstrategis, strategis, dan posisi yang belum tersedia secara aktif, tetapi dapat meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan.
  3. Employer Branding
    • Membantu dalam menciptakan dan melakukan pengecekan konten terkait branding perusahaan atau divisi terkait insight dalam divisi, internal perusahaan, serta berbagai materi lainnya pada masyarakat atau audiens.

Kualifikasi :

  1. Min, S1, terbuka untuk semua jurusan
  2. Memiliki pengalaman di bidang rekrutmen (min, 3 tahun) dan bidang employer branding (min. 1 tahun)
  3. Memiliki kemampuan terkait end-to-end rekrutmen
  4. Memiliki pengetahuan dalam proses perencanaan resource / talent dalam organisasi, baik dalam hal kebutuhan manpower,
  5. Memiliki kemampuan untuk memahami media sosial dan matriksnya
  6. Memiliki kemampuan untuk menelaah semua informasi semua informasi untuk rekrutmen di suatu posisi.

Electrical

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

  1. Maintaining and repairing electrical systems throughout the building.
  2. Identifying and addressing electrical problems.
  3. Performing routine maintenance on electrical systems.
  4. Using AutoCAD software to read and create electrical installation designs, as well as understanding electrical layouts and diagrams.
  5. Involvement in electrical improvement or upgrade projects, including plan creation, implementation supervision, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Kualifikasi :

  1. Minimum D3 or S1 graduate in Electrical Engineering.
  2. Minimum 1 year of experience.
  3. Experience in building maintenance.
  4. Familiar in AutoCAD and electrical design.

Financial Planning & Analysis Officer

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

  1. Produnce monthly management report includes relevant analysis of the company’s performance based on reported financial and Key Performance Indicators.
  2. Prepare budget and forecast and variance analysis for media and technology subsidiaries
  3. Collaboration with accounting, tax and other departments to reconcile accounts and gather analytical information.
  4. Assist in providing data for external auditors regarding fair value of investments and goodwill impairment
  5. Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis and reports as needed to support decision making.
  6. Assist in the evaluation of potential investments, mergers and acquisitions.

Kualifikasi :

  1. Bachelor’s Degree from Accounting, Finance Economic or other related field
  2. Familiar with SAP, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word. Power point)
  3. Experience or familiar with consolidation concept (group company)
  4. Fluent in English is a good point.

IT Infra Project

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

  1. Responsible for handling all projects and dokumentation related to IT Network Infra at SCM Group
  2. Analyzing and monitoring all troubleshooting and maintaining existing network infrastructure.
  3. Establishing the networking environment by defining, designing system, configuration, and installation.
  4. Experience with router, switching, network architecture, and firewall.

Kualifikasi :

  1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Technology Information, Computer Science or equivalent.
  2. At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  3. Familiar with CISCO SDA (Software Defined Access), Network Architecture and Project Management
  4. Having CISCO Certification is a plus

Pay & Compensation

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

  1. Responsible for end to end payroll process.
  2. Responsible for payroll and budgeting analysis
  3. Handle report and payment for BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan.
  4. Responsible for SPT PPh 21 process.
  5. Ensure all payment transactions are processed efficiently.

Kualifikasi :

  1. S1 from Accounting/Finance Management, or equivalent.
  2. Minimum 4 years of working experience in the related field.
  3. Required skills: Payroll Calculation, Tax, BPJS, PPh 21, Budget.
  4. Proficient using Microsoft Excel (intermediate/advanced level) & experience in using payroll software.
  5. High interest in data analytics and system developments.
  6. High analytical thinking.
  7. High integrity, trustworthy.
  8. Willing to be agile, work under pressure, and tight deadline.
  9. Well-organized, high attention to detail, and high accuracy.
  10. Preferably have an experience in the field of accounting, tax, and budgeting.

Reporter

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

  1. Identifying events that has a high news values , providing deep, thorough analyses in all news events covered.
  2. Conducting research and writing scripts on topics prior to broadcasts.
  3. Delivering important news-related content to the public

Kualifikasi :

  1. S1, Any Major
  2. Min. 1 year experience as reporter/ Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  3. Internships, on-the-job training and experience in related roles would be a plus
  4. Max. 26 years old
  5. Camera face and microphonic voice
  6. Strong interest in journalism
  7. Strong knowledge of news and current affairs

Sales Executive

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

  1. Develops a marketing & sales plan including action list.; this plan is the result of industry research and good understanding of product/market combination.
  2. Proposes potential business deals by using existing network and cold calling potential new partners; discovering and exploring opportunities (B2B).
  3. Meets prospects and screens potential business deals by analyzing deal potential, deal requirements, financials and evaluating options.
  4. Closes new business deals by understanding requirements; negotiating terms; and understands when to involve colleagues when needed.
  5. Understanding customer needs and translating them into business objects that the customers can use.
  6. Developing and implementing strategies for the new product and services by analyzing business needs.

Kualifikasi :

Account Manager

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

  1. Being the main point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with the company’s products or services.
  2. Identifying business opportunities with existing clients and prospecting for new clients.
  3. Negotiating contracts and deals with clients.
  4. Conducting product presentations and demos: Demonstrating the company’s products or services to potential clients and during marketing events.
  5. Preparing regular reports on sales activities, market developments, and performance metrics for management review.
