Head of R&D Indonesia Food

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

1. Deliver ambition of 100% holistic product superiority and drive sales and volume growth through consumer and customer-facing claims, enabled by superior technology, and always-on recipes that inspire, convert and drive consumption.
2. Steer the development and delivery of a technology-enabled, consumer, customer and category-centric innovation funnel that delivers the BU growth ambition through for the coming 3-5 years with the desired balance of Core, Future Core and More.
3. Drive close collaboration within the Nutrition Business Unit teams and with the GDC, S&T and Ecosystem teams, and Global stakeholders to create a One Team, One Dream mindset and ways of working.
4. Lead the Nutrition Business Unit Fuel for Growth agenda, defining in close cooperation with the GDC a year Holistic Product Logic roadmap for the BU that includes complexity reduction and simplification covers and to achieve the in-year Holistic Product Logic targets.
5. Lead the Nutrition Business Unit’s ambitious Nutrition and Sustainability commitments and respective OKRs.
6. Drive a digital and in-silico mindset and transform the team by pioneering and landing end-to-end Product Data Management and CARA
7. Drive improvement in People Experience, including Career Development and Operation Effectiveness in partnership with the Nutrition Business Unit and leadership teams.
8. Build a One Tech Team within the Nutrition Business Unit through a strong connection of R&D with Supply Chain and Procurement teams and accelerating talent exchanges and joint R&D and Supply Chain collaboration.
9. Develop future R&D leaders and succession planning for key roles through training, future-fit plans, career planning, secondments, resource committees.
10. Active role in Global Foods RDLT, influencing, shaping, and delivering the R&D Strategy, priorities and OKRs.
11. Ensure that the R&D organization design and talents are future-fit, aligned, and deployed to the top priority areas (verticals).
12. Ensure the compliance of projects to the Unilever Code of Business Principles and all SHE and QA policies, including the support of product claims, risk management and environmental awareness & legislation.

Kualifikasi :

1. Degree in Food Science, Engineering, or related fields. 5+ experience in foods or beverages.
2. A strong track record of high performance, leading R&D teams in highly interdependent, end-to-end cross functional leadership teams
3. Proven track record of talent management and development. 5+ years of experience leading other R&D leaders and large, highly engaged R&D teams, ideally across different markets / geographies.
4. Strong understanding of Unilever’s innovation process and portfolio management – Innoflex, product / process / packaging design and principles, claims creation, selling stories and demos, protecting competitive advantage, and deriving value from Intellectual Property
5. Discover / Design / Deploy role experience desirable.
6. Entrepreneurial and owner’s mindset towards risk taking and maximizing opportunity from scarcity of resources, incorporating agile mindset and techniques in ways of working. Open minded, effectively leveraging the scale of Unilever and the power of Ecosystems.

Global Procurement Manager – Plastics Sustainability (PCR-SEAA/North Asia)

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

1. Identify and appreciate the differing recycling value chains across the different geographies.
2. Maximize availability and quality of recycled material to enable incorporation in our packaging materials. 
3. Partner the R&D Capabilities Team on identifying and scaling up alternate recycling technologies. 
4. Ensuring plans to ensure the long-term viability of such alternate recycling technologies.
5. Strategic Alliances with Suppliers and Industry across the Value Chain to magnify impact on environment beyond just Unilever.
6. Get Unilever to a leading position on Plastics sustainability.

Kualifikasi :

1. Minimumbachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
2. Extensive experience in procurement and buying, specifically within Feedstock category
3. Preferred to have proven ability to advocate for sustainability practices and drive change within an organization, with a deep understanding of global sustainability trends and regulations.
