Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

1. Demonstrate ability to facilitate all relevant workshops and initiatives to a professional standard
2. Ensure the training is offered to Corporate Sales partners is facilitated to the same standard as those offer in the coffee institute
3. Ensure that all competencies developed during training sessions are checked using the correct evaluation tool
4. Suggest new topics or ideas for training that will support the operation and ensure that learning and development opportunities will support employees in all stages of their journey
5. Maintain active communication with all employees

Kualifikasi :

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
2. At least 5 years of working experience in Training & Development for corporate position is required for this position. Preferably with managerial level.
3. 5- 7 years relevant experience
4. Excellent command of written and spoken English
5. Excellent presentation and communication skills
6. Willing to be placed in Harco Mangga Dua, North Jakarta
