Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
Client Relationship Management:
- Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services to existing clients.
- Develop and implement account growth strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze client performance and sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Client Retention:
- Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with clients to ensure they are satisfied with the products or services.
- Develop and execute strategies to retain clients and reduce churn.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Provide feedback to internal teams on client needs and market trends.
- Reporting and Documentation:
Kualifikasi :
- Bachelor’s degree in business marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client accounts, especially within the specified industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
