Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

Client Relationship Management:

  1. Sales and Revenue Growth:
    • Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services to existing clients.
    • Develop and implement account growth strategies to achieve sales targets.
    • Monitor and analyze client performance and sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  2. Client Retention:
    • Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
    • Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with clients to ensure they are satisfied with the products or services.
    • Develop and execute strategies to retain clients and reduce churn.
  3. Collaboration:
    • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to deliver a seamless client experience.
    • Provide feedback to internal teams on client needs and market trends.
  4. Reporting and Documentation:

Kualifikasi :

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business marketing, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related role.
  3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client accounts, especially within the specified industries.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  8. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  9. Highly organized and detail oriented.
  10. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
