Engineering Process Staff

Kualifikasi :

1. Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Electrical/ Electro Engineering
2. Min. 1 year of experience working as a Engineering Process or a similar field. Freshgraduate are encouraged to apply.
3. Familiarity using IOT, microcontroller & PLC
4. Good knowledge about basic Electrical/ Conventional
5. Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills
6. Willing to be placed in Bitung, Tangerang

Engineering Product (Design Dies)

Kualifikasi :

1. At least a Diploma’s Degree (D3) in Mechanical Engineering
2. Having 1 year experience in the related field
3. Good knowledge of Design 3D Software (NX, SE, SW Power Shape, Solidwork/SolidEdge)
4. Familiarity with principle/methods such as TQM, Lean Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen and etc would be a huge plus
5. Willing to be placed in Curug – Tangerang

Engineering Product Manager – HYP01

Kualifikasi :

1. Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, Polymer Science, Materials Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the plastic injection molding industry.
3. Deep understanding of plastic materials and injection molding processes, with experience in setting up machines, adjusting parameters, and troubleshooting.
4. Proven experience in managing teams, leading projects, and driving cross-functional collaboration.
5. Advanced use of mold flow simulation software (e.g., Autodesk Moldflow, SolidWorks Plastics, Simpoe) and CAD software for mold design and analysis.
6. Ability to implement strategic solutions for production challenges, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and efficiency.
7. Willing to be placed in Curug, Bitung – Tangerang.

Environmental Management System

Kualifikasi :

1. At least Diploma’s degree (D3) in Environmental Engineering or Environmental Health.
2. Have a minimum 2 years of experience in a similar field.
3. ISO 14001 certification preferred.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
5. Strong communication skills.
6. Ability to work effectively within a team.
7. Strong commitment to hard work.
8. Willingness to be stationed in Curug, Tangerang.
