Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

  1. Co-build and implement a compelling exponential growth plan for U-Pro Indonesia
  2. Managing portfolio of new and existing customers, to deliver against the distribution and execution targets each month, quarter and year 
  3. Responsible for driving the internal P&L delivery and external market share growth of all in-direct wholesalers in the region. Lead the field team to executional success by providing the strategic direction for region, using market knowledge and outlet data to build plans to win share and deliver exponential growth.
  4. A proven track record of managing multiple influential customers and building brand new opportunities, you will have exceptional account management skills to succeed. 
  5. Develop a culture of customer-centricity, with data and insight as the foundation for successful sales growth within region.
  6. Identify new channels’ needs & requirements, develop NPDs to satisfy their needs & requirements, identify new channels’ market potential, approach, and win operators in new channels 
  7. Find & Onboard specific distributors in related regions
  8. Performance management of distributor sales team
  9. Demand generation from high potential operators

Kualifikasi :

  1. Proven sales track record with at least 8 years sales experience
  2. Advanced negotiation and customer relationship building skills.
  3. Robust commercial understanding, P&L literacy – highly developed numerical and analytical skills and ability to derive insight from data. Demonstrate deep personal accountability for performance.
  4. Proactive and entrepreneurial approach to grow existing and win new customers ahead of our competition
  5. Effectively network, to manage multiple external customers and collaborate with internal partners to build value for them
  6. Ability to work both independently and as a team member.
  7. Ability to build rapport with senior management and operational teams
  8. Persistent, strategic, focused, and not easily discouraged
