Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

1. Implementation and execution of regional SCM strategy as well as achievement KPI targets
2. Oversee Manufacturing Operations across multiple sites, and in multiple SEA countries.
3. Establish a Continuous Improvement culture, with a focus on cost savings
4. Streamlining manufacturing and logistics processes to maximize efficiency
5. Effective regional inventory management, including the reduction of damages and downtimes
6. Management of Production and other infrastructure Optimization projects, including CAPEX.
7. Management of regional procurement, in close collaboration with global Purchasing teams
8. Drive overall Operational Excellence topics across the South East Asia sub region
9. Development of effective order consolidation and allocation to production processes.
10. Build up the SCM function and capability across South East Asia.
11. Define Service Level Agreements for Operations across South East Asia.

Kualifikasi :

1. Tertiary qualification, ideally in Engineering
2. Experience running a multi-site, cross border operation with a focus on Manufacturing Operations – Please do not apply if you do not have multi-site, multi country experience.
3. At least 10 years comprehensive experience in Logistics, SCM, Production and HSE; with at least 5 years in a Leadership role.
4. Experience with strategic topics, such as Lean, Continuous Improvement, process optimization.
5. International experience
