Factory Supply Chain Manager

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

  1. Monitor Daily & weekly production planning and achievement                
  2. Close collaboration with other dept. to ensure smooth operation to achieve production program    
  3. Secure & manage stock of Raw & pack Material at optimum cover                
  4. Ensure inventory accuracy and control                
  5. Ensure compliance in warehouse operation                
  6. Collaborates in establishing budgets and costs estimates affecting warehousing and transport and control the expenditure

Kualifikasi :

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

  1. Promote and protect Nestle’s reputation and integrity in the marketplace
  2. Develop and execute integrated corporate communication strategies with emphasis on Nutrition, Health & Wellbeing, Sustainability & Creating Shared Value, Nestle purpose and value; provide expert communications advice and guidance to management and other functions/business

National Key Account Manager

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

  1. Define and develop strategies and plans for the customer in line with business requirements and customers vision            
  2. Lead and Execute development of customer relationship including joint business planning,  top and middle  customer engagement            
  3. Accountable and responsible to ensure achievement of agreed Key Accounts targets/KPIs

Tax Manager

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

  1. Tax Filing and Compliances:
  2. Tax Audit:
    • Ensure and manage, the tax audits and tax litigations in order to minimize the tax assessment amount. Including support export-import department for audit and other exceptional case.
    • Liaise with local tax authorities and coordinate tax audits.
    • Maintain all data requirement by Tax Auditor, use proper tools and tracker to make sure all requirement is provided.
  3. Tax Reporting:
    • Prepare tax account reconciliations and ensure that the tax balances are well supported with working papers.
    • Prepare of deferred tax in coordination with local corporate tax teams.
    • People Management: Manage small group people, involve on the Succession plan with the Head of Tax, Talent, Training including the capability of Tax team.
  4. Tax saving and continues improvement:
    • Identify tax saving opportunity, investment promotions and tax risks and mitigation.
    • Work closely with business, shares service center, group to identify and implement the process improvement and process automation. 
  5. Liaison With External Parties: Managing communication/representation with tax authorities, external advisers, external auditors and tax/business organizations

Kualifikasi :

  1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or Taxation. Relevant master’s degree or MBA is an advantage.
  2. 5 years’ experience as the tax manager and involve in a tax preparation or advisory role in multinational company or with professional firm and leading tax disputes with tax authorities
  3. Fluent in Bahasa and English 
  4. Extensive experience in tax management role in Nestle, and or another multinational company or with external consultants. 
  5. Ideally some experience in tax consulting with a leading advisory company, and or corporate or share service center is advantages     
  6. Hold brevet certificate from Indonesian Tax Consultant Association or other similar institution is preferred

Strategic Buyer – Capex, MRO, 3rd Party Co-manufacturing

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

  1. Implement the category’s strategies, utilizing the Strategic Sourcing Process’ tools, templates, and policies.      
  2. Perform supplier market analysis, category analysis, and supply risk analysis, and develop TCO understanding, as well as the map of how sourcing process and channels work within the category, and identify improvements to be targeted.
  3. Prepare and execute negotiation events seeking best TCO contracts and beneficial commercial agreements with suppliers (approved by Category Manager)”    
  4. Participate in the development of the Above Market Sourcing Strategy.

Kualifikasi :

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

  1. Implement sales strategies and tactic to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual area sales value result.
  2. Lead, develop and manage distributor operations related, including proper distributor infrastructure facilities, and manpower i.e. salesman, merchandiser, sub distributor, Mitra wholesaler, sales representative office, to achieve sales target.
  3. Manage salesman productivity ie Effective Call, SKUs sold, customer base, active outlet, NOO, Drop size and established proper rewards system. 
  4. Establish store, especially in key customers with proper supports (of people and activities), with continuously review the effectiveness of our in-store actions.

WHO Code Specialist

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

  1. Train and educate all Nestle Indonesia employees, Distributors, and Agencies to ensure they are informed about the Codes and any amendments made to them.
  2. Ensure all activities related to sales, marketing, relationships with healthcare professionals, healthcare facilities, professional organizations and donation practices of breastmilk substitutes are in line with specified regulations and guidelines.
  3. Provide trusted guidance and support on matters relevant to the Codes.
  4. Identify expertise and good practices from inside and outside Nestlé and communicate them internally.
  5. Investigate and respond to Code-related complaints and allegations from internal and external stakeholders.
