Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
- Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff
- Create business strategies to attract new customers and enhance profitability
- Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
- Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations
- Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits
- Responsible for selling products and meeting customer needs while maintaining existing customer
- Conduct regular visits to agents/customers in each area
Kualifikasi :
- A minimum of 3 years experience working in a retail environment, ideally in a managerial role
- Strong leadership and customer management abilities
- Sales oriented and customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to achieve customer satisfaction and provide excellent customer service
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Ability to detect problems and to set action plan to solve the problem and highly initiative
- Experience in the logistics or retail industry is a plus
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Good public speaking and presentation skills
