Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

1. Must possess ability to understand ingredient functionalities in the intended applications
2. Following up sales, developing new business and maintaining collection 
3. Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment across a broad range of applications
4. Acquire/establish new customer relations and sales, as well as manage and further develop existing customer relations
5. Understand competitor products available in market, convey the required information to the management regarding new products that can be started to improve our presence in the industries
6. Contribution is measured through growth in developing segments with expansion in product portfolio, customer size and sustainable sales performance
7. Work closely with superior for monthly joint visit and project development. 
8. Achieving sales target in 2025 USD 500K per year

Kualifikasi :

1. Degree in commerce or in a relevant technical subject (Chemistry)
2. At least 2 years of experience in Construction Department
3. Experiences in selling HPMC, RDP in dry mortar, Super plasticizer in chemical admixture, additive in 1K waterproofing, Epoxy flooring paint 
4. Fluent in English, both written and spoken
5. Good communications and people skills independent, responsible and self-motivated
