- Handling complain, inquiries, and request from customer through multiple channel
- Report all complain, inquiries and request to CRM
- Commited to give excellent service to maintain CSAT Score
Kualifikasi :
- Educational Background min D3 any major IPK min 2.75
- Fluent English speaking and writing and excel proficient is a must (Supporting)
- Experience in same positio in Contact Center BPO (Contact center min 1 th)
- Experience at industry ecommerce
- Ready for shifting and work under pressure
Team Leader Contact Center
Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
- Monitoring daily activity of Contact Center Operation
- Maintain KPI Contact Center (CSAT, FCR, AHT, etc)
- Quality Monitoring fo Agent performance
- Escalation and ticket solving process
Kualifikasi :
- Minimum D3/S1 education background
- Fluent in english is a must both speaking and writing
- Have minimum 1 year experienced in the same position
- Have strong knowledge in Ecommerce
- Customer esperience oriented and team work player
- Good communication and strong analytical thinking
- Fast learner and problem solver
- Willing to be placed in Semarang and working on shifting scheduled
Supervisor Contact Center
Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
- Coordinate with client and OM to make sure Contact Center Operation running well
- Monitoring daily activity of Contact Center Operation
- Ensure administration process of team member related attendance, schedule, and permit or leave
- Maintain KPI Contact Center (CSAT, FCR, AHT, etc)
- Validation on Quality Monitoring Performance
- Training and Coaching team member
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly report
