Agent Contact Center English

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

  1. Handling complain, inquiries, and request from customer through multiple channel
  2. Report all complain, inquiries and request to CRM
  3. Commited to give excellent service to maintain CSAT Score

Kualifikasi :

  1. Educational Background min D3 any major IPK min 2.75
  2. Fluent English speaking and writing and excel proficient is a must (Supporting)
  3. Experience in same positio in Contact Center BPO (Contact center min 1 th)
  4. Experience at industry ecommerce
  5. Ready for shifting and work under pressure

Team Leader Contact Center

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

  1. Monitoring daily activity of Contact Center Operation
  2. Maintain KPI Contact Center (CSAT, FCR, AHT, etc)
  3. Quality Monitoring fo Agent performance
  4. Escalation and ticket solving process

Kualifikasi :

  1. Minimum D3/S1 education background
  2. Fluent in english is a must both speaking and writing
  3. Have minimum 1 year experienced in the same position
  4. Have strong knowledge in Ecommerce
  5. Customer esperience oriented and team work player
  6. Good communication and strong analytical thinking
  7. Fast learner and problem solver
  8. Willing to be placed in Semarang and working on shifting scheduled

Supervisor Contact Center

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

  1. Coordinate with client and OM to make sure Contact Center Operation running well
  2. Monitoring daily activity of Contact Center Operation
  3. Ensure administration process of team member related attendance, schedule, and permit or leave
  4. Maintain KPI Contact Center (CSAT, FCR, AHT, etc)
  5. Validation on Quality Monitoring Performance
  6. Training and Coaching team member
  7. Provide daily, weekly, and monthly report

Kualifikasi :

  1. Minimum D3/S1 education background
  2. Fluent in english is a must both speaking and writing
  3. Have minimum 1 year experienced in the same position
