Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

1. Identify manpower needs for certain period based on business strategy, evaluate subordinate development needs, propose subordinates development program based on competencies gap; conduct coaching and counseling to subordinate (against KPI); evaluate report from direct subordinate.
2. Monitor and evaluate the implementation of SHE programs and procedures, develop and coordinate SHE programs needed based on SHE activity evaluation to promote the awareness of SHE.
3. Monitor and evaluate the implementation of Site business strategy and policy, develop, recommend and coordinate strategy implementation.
4. Responsible for the success of profit and loss.

Kualifikasi :

1. At least graduated from high school majoring in Electrical / Mechanical.
2. Min. 2 years of working experience as a Supervisor.
3. Comprehensive knowledge of Project Management Systems and Documentation Control.
4. Has skills such as initiative, technical, problem solving, creative thinking, reporting communication, information monitoring planning & organizing, attention to details, meeting facilitation and negotiation.
5. Strong commitment to Safety, Health, and Environment.
6. Willing to be placed in Tarahan – Lampung.
