Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

1. Make an annual budget (MPP, CAPEX, FOH).
2. Quality Maintenance in TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) : ensuring that quality is integrated into the maintenance processes to prevent defects and maintain high production standards.
3. Managing and controlling of standard quality for raw materials, packaging materials, in process control, and finished product in according to the targets.
4. Managing and controlling of tasks in the Analytical Laboratory Chemistry, and Microbiology according to the Food industry standards.
5. Responsible for Implementing and maintaining systems like ISO 22000, HACCP, Food Safety and Halal guarantee system.
6. Risk Assessment: Identifying and mitigating potential hazards in the food production process.
7. Customer Complaint Handling: Investigating and resolving customer complaints related to product quality.

Kualifikasi :

1. Min Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial / Chemistry Engineering, Quality Management or related field.
2. Min 3 years have Experience as QC Manager / Head of QC in food industry.
3. Have knowledge microbiology analyst, analytical chemistry.
4. Have an understanding related to food quality and safety (HACCP, Halal, ISO 22000, FSSC)
5. Have certified FSSC, ISO 22000, Halal and HACCP.
6. Have a good analytical thinking, communication skills, leadership and team work.
