Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
- Supervise general affairs activities, including office maintenance, security, and cleanliness.
- Manage relationships with vendors and service providers for office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, claim benefit, etc.
- Arrange travel accommodations for employees, including transportation and lodging.
- Manage assets management, office leasing for Head Quarter and branches.
Kualifikasi :
- Bachelor Degree in any field
- Minimum 3- 5 years working experience as General Affair, Administration, or Personnel Administration
- Excellent in general affairs, office management, asset management
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is required.
- Placement: Jakarta Timur.
