Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

  1. Financial Forecasting:
    • Develop and maintain monthly financial forecasts.
    • Analyze variances between actual and forecasted performance and provide actionable insights.
    • Leverage financial tools such as Syft, QuickBooks Online (QBO), and IMS for data-driven forecasting.
  2. Loan Provider Compliance:
    • Maintain effective communication with loan providers to ensure compliance with all financial covenants.
    • Address and resolve any discrepancies related to compliance ratios.
    • Provide accurate documentation and updates to loan providers as required.
  3. Financial Modeling and Reporting:
    • Update and maintain the company’s financial model to reflect current and projected financial performance.
    • Prepare tracking reports comparing actual results to forecasts.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and improve the financial model.
  4. Runway and Fundraising Monitoring:
    • Track and report on the company’s financial runway and progress in fundraising activities.
    • Provide timely updates to management on cash flow and fundraising developments.
  5. Data Accuracy and Integrity:
    • Ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial data across reporting systems.
    • Continuously optimize processes for better financial reporting and analysis.
  6. Strategic Financial Support:
    • Align financial plans with the company’s strategic goals.
    • Offer insights and recommendations to improve financial performance and support business decisions.

Kualifikasi :

  1. Bachelor’s degree from reputable university
  2. Minimal 1-year experiences in the same position
  3. Strong background in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
  4. Proficiency with financial tools such as QuickBooks Online, Syft, and IMS.
  5. Solid understanding of compliance requirements related to financial loans and fundraising.
  6. Analytical and detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving skills.
  7. Strong communication skills to manage relationships with stakeholders.
  8. Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
