Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
- Responsible for arranging and coordinating administrative affairs in the Comprehensive Management Department, such as organizing company meetings or events, coordinating client visits and receptions, arranging leadership travel, etc.
- Responsible for drafting, organizing, and archiving administrative documents or notifications.
- Responsible for the procurement, registration, management, maintenance, and statistics of office equipment and materials, as well as public areas such as the office and cafeteria.
- Assist in preparing departmental PowerPoint presentations and handling publicity work.
- Other tasks assigned by the supervisor (such as administrative-related payments and budgeting).
Kualifikasi :
- Relevant major.
- More than one year of administrative management work experience.
- Proficient in using office software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to handle written tasks.
- Strong communication skills, teamwork abilities, and problem-solving skills.
