Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
- Overseeing the network in the office
- Monitor server utilization
- Day to day general support IT Matter
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software and hardware as 1st Level IT Helpdesk
- Setting up account for new users (AD,EMAIL , etc.)
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Installing and configuring computer software system and printer
- Resolve Network Issue
- Manage permission for file sharing
- Perform regular backup for file server
- Coordination with vendor and user for IT equipment’s issues resolution
- Support document related IT Audit
Kualifikasi:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in technical information background, fresh graduate are welcome but with experience in IT matter
- Has experience minimum 2,5 years in IT infrastructure (Server and Network) and IT helpdesk
- Good knowledge to Troubleshoot Server, Network, and PC. and software config
- Able to work well individually and in a team
- Having good communication for support matter
- Capable of handling more than 100 users
- Having experience with several OS, Windows, Linux and Mac OS
