If you have a strong background in accounting, are highly skilled in Excel, and have experience handling financial reports and payments, we’d love to hear from you.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
- Accounting & Finance: Manage invoices, track payments, and ensure all transactions are correctly recorded.
- Cost Controlling: Monitor project costs, compare budgets vs. actual expenses, and highlight discrepancies.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly cost reports, summaries, and forecasts for management.
- Payment Oversight: Check and confirm that payments are processed accurately and on time.
- Administrative Support: Organize financial and business documents, assist with contracts and record-keeping.
- Process Optimization: Identify ways to improve financial workflows and administrative efficiency.
Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or cost control (preferred).
- Strong Excel skills (financial analysis, pivot tables, formulas, reporting).
- Experience with bookkeeping, invoicing, and payment tracking.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks remotely.
- English proficiency; familiarity with financial terms.
