Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

1. Support the Budget Control function to ensure analysis reports are available in a timely and accurate manner, i.e. level of appropriateness of budget use (actual vs budget) in the Monthly Financial Management Accounts, namely the Summary Operation Report.
2. Monitor and review budget capital that is over budgeted and unbudgeted, so that the realization can be used, as a basis for making forecasting and decision making by management
3. Reviewing and analyzing COGS by product and locations to determine budget realization and provide recommendations for items that are not in accordance with the budget.
4. Participate in the preparation of the annual budget, especially regarding capital expenditures.
5. Review and analyze requests for routine cash funds and their monthly usage from each operating unit to ensure that requests for cash funds operational units do not exceed the budget and their use is in accordance with budget requirements.
6. Develop cashflows budget include detailed information for flows monitoring of planned and unplanned activity
7. Provide recommendations for risk management and opportunity for every budgeted or unbudgeted expenditures
8. Collaborate with others department for daily basis task such as with Accounting, Treasury, and etc
9. Conduct cost analysis to identify areas of excessive spending, inefficiencies, or cost-saving opportunities
10. Identify weakness or threat that might come up for budget business process not limited to planning, controlling, and evaluating
11. Develop risk trends that occur over times in each department to predict risks that may occur in the future

Kualifikasi :

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
2. At least 2 years experience working as Budget Staff or a related position
3. Having good communication skills, leadership, man/team management, and responsibility
4. Having great accounting skills not limited to account, balance sheet, cash flows, COGS, and controller
5. Excellent skills in Ms. Office
6. Ability work in a fast paced and high pressure environment
7. Proficient in English both oral and written
8. Willing to be placed in Jakarta HO
9. Having experience in plantation companies and good understanding about agriculture management is a plus point
