Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
- Review the goods delivery schedule to depots in the area and ensure they can be received according to unloading capacity.
- Monitor the actual arrival of goods with the PO issued by procurement.
- Monitor the implementation of warehouse layout, TIR standards, and FIFO implementation.
- Ensure daily and monthly stocktaking is carried out.
- Monitor excess stock, near-ED, and slow movement and report to the Area Logistics Manager.
- Monitor the completion of returns to the principal.
- Monitor the implementation of the destruction of bad stock in the depot area, targeted once a week.
- Monitor deliveries regarding service levels, cost ratios, fuel ratios, and vehicle effectiveness.
- Prepare logistics reports according to each depot area.
- Monitor SLA & KIR process in the depot area.
Kualifikasi :
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Have a minimum of 1 years experience as a Logistics and Warehouse Supervisor.
- Good knowledge in FIFO/FEFO.
- Familiar with ERP System.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
