Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

  1. Conducting full-cycle of recruitment process not limited to sourcing, screening, administration test, scheduling, interview, reporting, completing data, onboarding
  2. Partnering with User/Hiring Managers to maintain effectivity and efficiency recruitment process
  3. Create talent pipeline to enlarge company talent pool by using company branding or web career
  4. Maintain recruitment tracking time by time so the data and timeline set on the tracker
  5. Maintain relationships with Universities or academic institutions for possibility campus hiring
  6. Developing Psychological tools not limited to Define Aspects, Key Indicators, Methods, Questions, Scoring, etc.
  7. Create Reports for every assessment tools that can describe personal profiling 
  8. Collaborate with Organization Development to make sure the job description and job requirement align with position that would be posted
  9. Collaborate with People Development for fulfilling vacant position with internal mobility or external recruitment

Kualifikasi :

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management or a related field
  2. Experience in talent acquisition, assessment, recruitment and head hunting, preferably in the agribusiness sector is a plus point, Fresh graduates are welcome
  3. Having leadership, man/team management, initiative, and responsibility
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  5. Having great recruitment & assessments skills not limited to sourcing, interview, administration psychological tools, develop psychological tools, etc.
  6. Proficient in English communication (verbal and written)
  7. Excellent skills in Ms Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) and Canva
  8. Ability work in a fast paced and high pressure environment
  9. Willing to do business trip in all company business units
