Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

  1. Product Operation Support responsible to assists users ranging from data integrity and application in order to have a smooth operation from application side without any slight interruption, receive requests, identify root cause, and follow up technical issues on digital platform

Kualifikasi :

  1. Minimum D3 from any major
  2. Minimum 1 years of experience working as IT support/Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
  3. Having experience as a Quality Assurance’s role will be advantage.
  4. Good knowledge in mobile applications in general or related to technologies.
  5. Well documented, good time management and have a good communications skill
  6. Willing to work in shift (especially weekend support)
  7. Proficient in MS Office having experiences working with project management tools such as Jira will be advantages.
  8. Bahasa Indonesia and English is preferred.
