Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
- Handle employee’s payroll administration with an understanding of WHT Art 21 (Personal Income Tax).
- Managing and handling legal company documents such as Notarial Deed, Contract, NIB, NPWP, etc.
- Managing and handling legal expatriate documents such as KITAS, VISA, NPWP, etc.
- Handle BPJS Employment and BPJS Health.
- Handle travel arrangement from ticket, hotel accommodation, and all related to employee’s business trip.
- Arrange and managing meeting and appointment.
- Maintain document filling, support management request, regularly checking of the office supplies and place the appropriate orders.
- Handle vehicle, office building and private insurance.
- Undertake occasional receptionist duties.
- Assisting with other tasks from HR related to personnel & GA
Kualifikasi :
- Bachelor or master graduates from reputable university min. GPA 3.00 out of 4.00.
- Max 30 years old.
- Fluent and professional in English is mandatory.
- Possessing ” Can Do ” action, diligent, hard work, and high initiatives.
- Have updated knowledge of HRGA regulations in Indonesia.
- Good computer skill.
- Can join ASAP.
