Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

  1. Handle employee’s payroll administration with an understanding of WHT Art 21 (Personal Income Tax).
  2. Managing and handling legal company documents such as Notarial Deed, Contract, NIB, NPWP, etc.
  3. Managing and handling legal expatriate documents such as KITAS, VISA, NPWP, etc.
  4. Handle BPJS Employment and BPJS Health.
  5. Handle travel arrangement from ticket, hotel accommodation, and all related to employee’s business trip.
  6. Arrange and managing meeting and appointment.
  7. Maintain document filling, support management request, regularly checking of the office supplies and place the appropriate orders.
  8. Handle vehicle, office building and private insurance.
  9. Undertake occasional receptionist duties.
  10. Assisting with other tasks from HR related to personnel & GA

Kualifikasi :

  1. Bachelor or master graduates from reputable university min. GPA 3.00 out of 4.00.
  2. Max 30 years old.
  3. Fluent and professional in English is mandatory.
  4. Possessing ” Can Do ” action, diligent, hard work, and high initiatives.
  5. Have updated knowledge of HRGA regulations in Indonesia.
  6. Good computer skill.
  7. Can join ASAP.
