Desrkipsi Pekerjaan :

  1. Manage Regional KPI related to sales activities within his/her region
  2. Managing All Multi Distributors within his/her region, build strong relation with customer – Regional distributor
  3. To manage & responsible toward business of Total General Trade Channel on assignment area including sales performance, Cost/Budget, Distribution and Execution
  4. Identifying area of opportunity to grow the business within the region
  5. Ensure execution of general marketing and promotional programs or initiatives conducted within his/her region
  6. People management to ensure high performance team within his/her region
  7. Develop an efficient sales team including hiring, coaching, mentoring, and developing Sales Supervisor
  8. Stock Management

Kualifikasi :

  1. Bachelor degree in Business/Management/Marketing or any related major
  2. Preferably have 5-6 year(s) experience in the same position from FMCG company with min 4 years of handling general trade channel GT/MTI
  3. Having experience to handle distributor and managing territory
  4. Willing to be placed in Lampung2, Indonesia
  5. High initiative, independent and able to conduct high profile negotiations
  6. Mastery in sales development planning and techniques in FMCG industry.
  7. Have very good knowledge of the channels which we are competing and is highly capable to construct channel strategies.
  8. Strong analytical skill and can assess customer opportunities and competitor behavior.
  9. Capability in leading team of diverse background and ability to select and develop high potential people as well as demonstrated ability to utilize both internal and external tools and resources to assist Area Sales Manager in maximizing result.
  10. Good understanding of financial principles and how to manage budgets.
  11. Skilled in Excel/Power Point and other appropriate software
