Desrkipsi Pekerjaan :

1. An exclusive program designed for highly capable & motivated people who aspire to become Retail business’ Leaders of our future. During the 6 months program, you will be exposed to various experiences and challenges that enables you to accelerate your learning in Retail Business at its strategic level. You will be provided with hard skill & soft skill training modules within a comprehensive program, and skillful mentors to accompany your growth! After program you will be an ASSISTANT STORE LEADER.

Kualifikasi :

1. Fresh graduates –open to all majors, or candidates with up to two years of professional experience.
2. Minimum GPA of 3.00.
3. Strong interest in pursuing a career in Store Management.
4. Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
5. Willing to be placed in stores across Java during the training program.
6. Willing to work in a shift-based environment across all store locations.
