Desrkipsi Pekerjaan :

1. Train and provide development opportunities for staff.  Ensure annual goals are complete and communicated.  Ensure Global Performance Management System is up to date and regular feedback is provided to staff members.
2. Monitor and evaluate team members, and adjust training where needed.
3. Attract, retain and develop high potential talent.
4. Model and promote the Corporation’s Code of Business Ethics and Values.
5. Perform general management duties, exercising usual authority concerning staff, performance appraisals, promotions and terminations.  Responsible for training and development of subordinate staff, estimating personnel needs, assigning work, meeting completion dates, interpreting and ensuring consistent application of organizational policies.  Maintain all timekeeping, overtime and vacation records and schedules.
6. Act as a team role model and change-agent.  Positively lead and influence team members to partner together to achieve individual and business goals.
7. Coordinate team efforts, create and manage a regional strategy and team operating plan.

Kualifikasi :

1. Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, operations management, or related fields. Certifications in Six Sigma, Lean, or related methodologies are a plus.
2. 3-5 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or warehouse supervision, managing teams and daily operations.
3. Experience implementing strategies to improve safety, quality, cost-efficiency, and productivity in manufacturing or warehouse settings.
4. Strong analytical skills to identify process inefficiencies, manage operational issues, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
5. In-depth knowledge of safety standards, experience leading safety initiatives, and ability to create a safety-conscious work culture.
6. Excellent communication skills to represent team concerns, present recommendations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
7. Experience with performance management systems, timekeeping, and scheduling staff to meet production goals.
8. Ability to model and uphold corporate values and business ethics, acting as a change-agent and positive role model for the team.
