Desktipsi Pekerjaan :

1. Responsible for daily operation of document management in ALDAS (Adaro Land Document Archiving Services).
2. Responsible for managing physical and digital documents in accordance with company policy. 
3. Responsible for monitoring and maintenance of Archive room.
4. Conduct librarian services for document request within Adaro Group.
5. Maintain integrity between physical document, soft copy document, and document database to ensure they remain organized and synchronized.
6. Deliver weekly and monthly report for document management monitoring activities.

Kualifikasi :

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in library and information science from reputable university.
2. Minimum 1 year of working experience in document and archive management. Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply. 
3. Experience in document management and archiving.
4. High level of accuracy and detail oriented.
5. Proficient in operating Microsoft Office and digital document management systems.
6. Possesses strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
