Billing Officer – Sarana Menara Nusantara

JagoKerja.com –  PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk (SMN or the Company) was established in Kudus, Central Java in 2008. The main focus of SMN’ business is to invest in the operating companies who own and operate tower telecommunication sites and lease them to wireless communication companies.

Desktipsi Pekerjaan :

1. Checking supporting document completeness. 
2. Preparing contract including contract condition in RE module.
3. Perform GL posting for invoice transaction.
4. Preparing invoice hardcopy including required supporting document to be sent to customer.
5. Updating Tracker invoice regularly.
6. Managing and monitoring invoice transmission to customer by collection divison.
7. Perform reconciliation of invoice tax base and VAT-out.
8. Preparing Credit Note to customer.
9. Perform restitution for unavailability performance to be settled in following month invoices.

Kualifikasi :

1. Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline, Finance & Accounting/Business Administration preferred.
2. At least 1 year of experiences as billing or account receivable in telecommunication/ICT, multi finance, insurance, Banking or retail industries.
3. Deep understanding of end-to-end Order to Cash business process.
4. Experience in using ERP (e.g., Microsoft Dynamic AX, SAP).
5. Able to use MS Office to support day to day activities (Mastering excel intermediate formula & pivot table).
6. Customer oriented person.
7. Good leadership and managerial skill.
8. Having high sense of integrity and responsibility.
9. Possess strong analytical skill and problem-solving skill.
10. Demonstrate good inter-personnel skills with customers and others at all levels.
11. Good communication skills and fluent in English both verbal and written.
