Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
- Developing daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on forecasts provided by the Demand Planner.
- Creating Purchase Requests (PRs) for materials required for production.
- Collaborating with relevant departments to ensure a smooth operational flow from upstream (central kitchen) to downstream (stores), and to address any bottlenecks or obstacles arising in the production process.
- Preparing regular daily, weekly, and monthly reports, and providing recommendations to management for future improvements.
- Implementing the applicable ERP/PPIC system and ensuring all processes operate in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and food safety standards.
Kualifikasi :
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in PPIC, production planning, or inventory control, preferably within the Food & Beverage manufacturing or central kitchen environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Food Technology, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of production planning principles, master scheduling, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), and capacity planning.
- Proficient in inventory management techniques (e.g., FIFO, LIFO, min-max levels, safety stock) and cycle counting processes, particularly for perishable goods
- Proficiency with MS Office particularly Excel and other statistical tools.
- Forecasting approach, numeracy and analytical skills.
