Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

1. Developing daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on forecasts provided by the Demand Planner.
2. Creating Purchase Requests (PRs) for materials required for production.
3. Collaborating with relevant departments to ensure a smooth operational flow from upstream (central kitchen) to downstream (stores), and to address any bottlenecks or obstacles arising in the production process.
4. Preparing regular daily, weekly, and monthly reports, and providing recommendations to management for future improvements.
5. Implementing the applicable ERP/PPIC system and ensuring all processes operate in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and food safety standards.

Kualifikasi :

1. Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in PPIC, production planning, or inventory control, preferably within the Food & Beverage manufacturing or central kitchen environment.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Food Technology, Operations Management, or a related field.
3. Strong understanding of production planning principles, master scheduling, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), and capacity planning.
4. Proficient in inventory management techniques (e.g., FIFO, LIFO, min-max levels, safety stock) and cycle counting processes, particularly for perishable goods
5. Proficiency with MS Office particularly Excel and other statistical tools.
6. Forecasting approach, numeracy and analytical skills.
