Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

1. Graphic Design and Content Creation
   • Conceptualize and produce original designs for digital platforms (social media, websites, email campaigns), print collateral (brochures, packaging, promotional materials), e-commerce systems (product listings, banners, storefront visuals).
   • Prepare production-ready files with correct bleeds, margins, color profiles. Conduct quality checks on deliverables before submission.
   • Generate engaging product captions and promotional text to enhance brand awareness.
2. Videography
   • Plan storyboards and execute video shoots. Edit and produce short-form content (30 to 60 seconds) for multiple platforms, product demonstration videos, promotional clips with basic motion graphics.
3. Cross Platform Adaptation
   • Modify designs for various formats or aspect ratios.
   • Create platform-optimized content for social media (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), e-commerce (Shopee, BliBli, Tokopedia).
   • Optimize assets for web performance and print quality.
4. Digital Marketing Support
   • Able to assist in managing platform advertisements and analyze social media or e-commerce performance data to optimize marketing strategies.
   • Generate regular reports on a weekly, monthly, annual basis for brand optimization.
5. General Support
   • Collaborate with the team to ensure good-quality work on marketing activities.
   • Research on new trends, viral content, innovative formats, and propose creative ideas for content.
   • Support the overall organization of events, e.g. IMBEX, or special campaigns related to the brand.

Kualifikasi :

1. At least 1 year of experience in multimedia content creation.
2. Basic communication skills in English.
3. Proficiency in using graphic design or video editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and Relevant Tools.
