Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

1. Be a support system for CEO for assist in daily tasks.
2. Schedule appointments for business meetings, dining reservations, accommodation reservations, etc.
3. Accurately provide the CEO with a variety of administrative support (such as travel documents, payment documents, etc.)
4. Monitor and manage phone, email, and other communication flows
5. Provide a variety of trustworthy research (new restaurant to visit, a hotel somewhere new for stay, certain goods, etc.) and create the reports.
6. Greeting and supporting CEO guests who are visiting for meetings or special occasions
7. Other duties as may be delegated by the CEO or team

Kualifikasi :

1. Candidate must at least Bachelor (S1) Degree in Secretary / Marketing / Public Relations / Equivalent
2. Have a good understanding to follows instructions clearly, accurately within a strict timeline
3. Ability to communicate and coordinating clearly and concisely with all levels both internally and externally
4. The ability to work on your own initiative, be proactive, adaptable to different tasks, and coordinate effectively and precisely
5. Capable of working under pressure and being enthusiastic and confident
6. Knowledge and experience in overseas travel documents and file will be plus
7. Experience in a variety of domestic and international online markets place
8. Willing to work beyond of regular office hours if necessary
9. Excellent written and verbal communication in English is mandatory
