Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

Conduct research and analysis for new product concepts.
Designing systems and components that meet the needs and requirements using engineering tools.
Create prototypes, test, evaluate, and redesign until production-ready.
Providing good report and documentation.
Review existing products and provide improvement recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Plan project milestones, timelines, and goals.
Manage projects using engineering principles.
Monitor and commission engineering systems.

Kualifikasi :

Minimum Diploma in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.
At least 5 years of experience in design and manufacturing (machining & fabrication).
Proficient in CAD/CAM (SolidWorks or Onshape is a plus).
Skilled in operating CNC machines.
Expertise of mechanical engineering especially in Kinematics / Precise and Moving parts assembly / Special Purpose Machine or Small – mechanism design.
Experienced in DFMEA and supporting PFMEA activities.
Strong in design improvement, testing, and root cause analysis.
Detail-oriented, fast learner, and accurate.
Strong interpersonal, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
Creative, logical thinker, visionary, and a problem solver.
Good communication skills in English (oral & written).
Able to work both independently and in a team.
Willing to be placed in Semarang.
