Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments, ensuring accurate record-keeping and storage of goods
Conduct regular stock counts and cycle counts to maintain precise inventory levels
Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch orders to meet customer requirements
Assist in the efficient organisation and maintenance of the warehouse, including optimising storage space and layout
Collaborate with the logistics team to coordinate transportation and distribution of products
Identify and report any discrepancies, damages, or issues to ensure the smooth running of operations
Maintain strict compliance with all relevant health, safety, and quality standards

Kualifikasi :

Previous experience in a warehousing or inventory management role, preferably within the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry
Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with numerical data
Excellent organisational and time management skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and inventory tracking software
Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues
A proactive and problem-solving mindset to identify and resolve issues
Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations in a warehouse environment
Fluent English and Bahasa Indonesia
Proficiency in using ERP system
