Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

1. Deliver friendly and knowledgeable customer service, assisting shoppers with product selection.
2. Educate customers on product quality, food items, clothing, and lifestyle essentials.
3. Ensure merchandise is well-stocked, neatly displayed, and follows Marks & Spencer’s visual merchandising standards.
4. Support store sales targets through proactive customer engagement and upselling techniques.
5. Operate the cash register, process transactions, and handle payments efficiently.
6. Maintain store cleanliness and organization to create a welcoming shopping environment.
7. Assist with inventory management, including stock monitoring and replenishment.
8. Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
9. Work closely with the team to achieve store goals and enhance customer retention
