Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
- Define and develop product pipeline and roadmap to ensure delivery of key business goals
- Understanding business and operations’ needs and pain points with data-driven approach to build product solution
- Align with stakeholders on the product prioritisation, timeline and progress
- Ensure the feature being developed according to the requirements
- Manage on time product release according to timeline and provide feature guidelines to the relevant stakeholders
- Measure feature adoption/impacts and success metrics to ensure the implementation successfulness on the ground
- Identify product improvements from the existing features
Kualifikasi :
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable University majoring in Computer Science or related fields
- Have 1-3 years of Product Management experience, preferably from E-commerce, Logistics, or Tech companies
- Proficient in English both written and spoken
- Have sense of ownership, self-learner and adaptable
- Demonstrate analytical and logical thinking skills
- Able to align expectation and communication from various stakeholders which includes business team, operations team and regional team throughout the project
