Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
- The Legal Officer is responsible for providing legal support and guidance to the organization to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. This role involves drafting and reviewing contracts, managing legal risks, handling litigation matters, and liaising with external legal counsel when necessary. The Legal Officer also advises management on legal rights, obligations, and business practices to minimize risk and support strategic decision-making.

- Business Law and Corporate Law expertise
- Strong knowledge in Law and Legal Consulting
- Experience in Legal Document Preparation
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Relevant experience in the footwear or manufacturing industry
