Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

1. Checking invoices in accordance with BDV checklist
2. Checking and complete expense report, including BDV input to the system 
3. Ensure the GRN (Good Receipt Notes) has been carried out properly prior to PO posting into the system 
4. Filling and scan documents related Finance, Accounting & Tax in accordance with standards
5. Responsible for other administrative matters  

Kualifikasi :

1. Diploma Degree majoring in Accounting from reputable university
2. Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in Finance & Accounting area
3. Detail oriented, discipline, responsible, able to work individually or as part of the team 
4. Good time management, honest, detail oriented, strong analytical skill, and sense of urgency 
5. Good interpersonal skills
6. Good knowledge of accounting system and computer  
7. Willing to be hired on contractual basis for 5 months
